Located in Downtown Ventura, California, Palay Law Firm offers Ventura bankruptcy lawyer services. Our bankruptcy department is headed by Brian Hefelfinger, a Ventura-based bankruptcy attorney.
Brian has focused his practice on bankruptcy cases in Ventura County. He is a skilled bankruptcy lawyer who is familiar with the ins and outs of the Ventura-area bankruptcy courts as well as the civil courts throughout California. He handles chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for his Ventura County bankruptcy clients.
Unlike a lot of bankruptcy lawyers in Ventura, Brian prides himself on having a personal relationship with each of his bankruptcy clients. He meets personally with them during the consultation process and guides them through the bankruptcy process with confidence and skill. As an attorney in Ventura County, he is highly regarded among his peers and other attorneys. In fact, referrals from other Ventura county attorneys form the bulk of our bankruptcy practice.
Brian offers advice to his clients that ranges beyond their bankruptcy needs. Sometimes it just does not make sense to file for bankruptcy. Also, Brian refuses to have his clients file for bankruptcy without good cause to do so. (See What Can A Bankruptcy Do For Me.)
